Can take your treatment plan with you and do your exercises when you are traveling

You don't have to leave your home to get the care you deserve

You will need the following:

Internet or cellular access
A phone, tablet, or computer with camera and sound
Hands free ability to move around and demonstrate certain movements on camera to assist with understanding your specific condition and limitations so that we can develop an appropriate plan of care
A smartphone or tablet are most helpful for using the app for access to exercise videos and plan of care documents, but all information can be accessed from a desktop or laptop as well.

Your care will start with an interactive virtual visit where I will ask in-depth questions to better understand your specific concerns and goals for treatment. Your assessment will likely include some of the following tests and measures:

Joint range of motion and quality of movement
Muscle strength
Functional mobility testing
Special testing to help determine cause of pain i.e. muscle, tendon, ligament, bone

Once your evaluation is completed and treatment goals are set, you will have your own personalized exercises loaded onto your home exercise program on our app/website that can be accessed through the patient portal tab on our website or the PTEverywhere app on your smartphone. These exercises will likely consist of a variety of strengthening, mobility, and motor control activities to address your specific concerns. The frequency of follow up virtual appointments will be determined based on the treatment package that you choose.
