•  1 sixty minute evaluation/reassessment via video chat on our patient portal

• 3  thirty-minute video follow-up visits

• Each visit will allow us an opportunity to check progress and advance your home exercise plan that is built specifically for you to move you towards your goals.

• Ability to track your exercises in real-time through the patient portal/app on your mobile device 

• Your doctor of physical therapy will be able to see and check your progress as you enter in your completion of your exercises

• Unlimited messaging to your provider directly on the app 

• HSA eligible
